Terms & Conditions

  1. TICKETS, ADMISSION AND CANCELLATION
    1. Upon booking a ticket you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
    2. The Organiser reserves the right to add to or amend these Terms from time to time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Love International website http://loveinternationalfestival.com. Please check the FAQ’s section regularly for changes and to ensure you have up to date information as these are binding on you. If you purchase a ticket after any amendment to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated version of these Terms.
    3. Tickets are sold through our official agent, Resident Advisor, who acts on behalf of the Organisers and Promoters of the event. Full terms and conditions relating to the purchase of tickets through the Resident Advisor site can be found here.
    4. The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.
    5. Only valid tickets will be accepted on presentation at the event. The only way of reselling tickets is through Resident Advisor’s reselling application online, this can be found here. Please make the ‘here’ link to this(https://www.residentadvisor.net/news.aspx?id=25747)
    6. Valid photographic ID must be shown when presenting your ticket.
    7. Admission is at ticket holder’s own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the actions of other patrons or third parties or force majeure
    8. If the event is cancelled, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded and not the booking fee.
    9. Wristbands that are removed from the wrist, lost or have been tampered with will be deemed invalid and will not be replaced. If you do not have a valid wristband you will be refused admission to the site or may be removed from the site. Wristbands issued by Love International remain the property of Love International until the end of the festival.
    10. As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
  1. AGE POLICY
    1. Strictly over 18’s only allowed into the festival site.
    2. ID checks will be carried out on anyone who looks under the age of 18.
  1. SEARCH POLICY
    1. For the safety of our customers and staff, security will be conducting stringent searches at the gate.
    2. Anyone found to be carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the festival and handed over to the police where necessary.
    3. Please do not attempt to bring any of the following items inside the event:

Fireworks, laser pens, or flares / Alcohol, illicit drugs, or legal highs including nitrous oxide / Animals (with the exception of guide dogs)/ Selfie sticks / Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon / No glass / Any form of seating other than wheelchairs is not allowed.

  1. DRUGS POLICY
    1. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.
  1. ON SITE ACCOMMODATION
    1. Customers staying in Apartments and other luxury accommodation will be required to present a credit card against damages to the accommodation.  On arrival customers will be required to sign a waiver against any damages – this contract is between the customer and the Garden site and the festival accepts no liability for the deposit process of this accommodation.
    2. Failure to present a credit card for deposit on arrival will result in a void booking with no refund.
    3. The card will be used to insure against damages – no charges will occur without notice.
    4. The festival can accept no responsibility or liability to any damages to possessions or person whilst staying at the site.
    5. Customers staying on the site must also have a festival pass to access the accommodation.
  1. OFF SITE ACCOMMODATION

6.1 Off-site accommodation is booked through partner agencies or 3rd parties.

Love International Festival accepts no responsibility for accommodation booked through these vendors.

  1. BOAT PARTIES
    1. You must have a Love International Festival ticket to attend a boat party.
    2. Full names must be provided at point of purchase for every ticket.
    3. In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name – as you will likely be handing your passport in to your accommodation we advise you bring a photocopy with you. NO I.D, NO boat party.
    4. Love International accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to the late running of others.
    5. In the unlikely event that a boat party is cancelled due to weather conditions, boat party tickets are not transferable.
  1. GENERAL
    1. The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.
    2. Strictly no commercial activities or trading on site unless previously agreed by the Promoter.
    3. Love International accepts no responsibility for goods or services purchased from third party traders.
    4. As a condition of sale, the ticket holder consents to being filmed, photographed and recorded for television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast and/or for any video/DVD or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
    5. The tented arenas and other areas of the event are designated No Smoking areas, this is in accordance with Smoke Free Regulations, Failure to comply with these regulations and event signage may result in ejection.
    6. Warning: exposure to loud and excessive music may be damaging to your hearing.
    7. Pyrotechnics, lasers, smoke machines, strobe lighting and other special effects may take place during some performances.
